Nutrition Subscription Service's Process, Terms & Conditions

The process, terms and conditions listed below govern the monthly subscription service provided by Diet Ideas Sdn. Bhd. and as purchased by the client. These item are outlined as below :

1. MONTHLY NUTRITION SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE DETAILS

The monthly subscription will contain :

One-hour dietitian consultation per month
Access to body composition analysis twice per month
Exclusive membership access to nutrition article reminder weekly
20% discount for Diet Ideas ready-to-eat bundle meals

2. NUTRITION SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE SET-UP AND DETAILS

Upon confirmation of purchase, the Client may fill-up a registration form to enrol into the Subscription Service. Once the registration has been done, the client may enjoy the subscription benefits accordingly to the following below :

Client may set an agreed time with our Dietitian to do a one-hour nutrition consultation per month of subscription either virtually or physically at our office.

- The Case Manager will give a monthly reminder for the client for their one-off consultation.

- The Consultation session will be binded by the Consultation Service's Process, Terms and Conditions, except that this consultation cannot be rescheduled and can only be used for the month of subscription (i.e cannot be forwarded to next month).

Client may come physically to our office to do a body composition analysis twice per month of subscription. Client will be briefed on the analysis of their body composition by our Dietitian.
Client will have an exclusive membership access to nutrition article reminder weekly
Client may purchase our ready-to-eat bundles with a discounted price by providing your subscription details. Diet Ideas will

3. NUTRITION SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

The Subscription Service is priced at RM99.00/month or RM1069.20/year (10% discount - saves RM118.80). The payment can be done through our website.

The membership lasts for 12 months. However, no contract is attached and the client may cancel anytime.

4. REFUND POLICY

There is NO REFUND for the nutrition subscription service, EXCEPT in cases where there's misconduct on our expert side as pertain to the content.
