BLUE MEMBERS SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE’S PROCESS, TERMS & CONDITIONS

The process, terms and conditions listed below govern the Blue Members subscription service provided by Diet Ideas Sdn. Bhd. and as purchased by the client. These item are outlined as below : 

1. BLUE MEMBERS SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE DETAILS

The monthly subscription will contain :

  • One-hour nutrition consultation per month
  • Access to body composition analysis once per month
  • One ready-to-eat (RTE) meals by Diet Ideas
  • Exclusive membership access to nutrition article reminder weekly
  • 10% discount for Diet Ideas ready-to-eat bundle meals
  • 10% referral discount to family members and friend for Diet Ideas consultation packages
  • 20% discount for Diet Ideas consultation packages and DNA test
  • Exclusive deals on health and lifestyle products, which will be updated accordingly

2. BLUE MEMBERS SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE SET-UP AND DETAILS

Upon confirmation of purchase, the Case Manager will be in contact with the client to brief on the Blue Members subscription.  Once the registration has been done, the client may enjoy the subscription benefits accordingly to the following below : 

  • NUTRITION CONSULTATION : Client may book a one-hour nutrition consultation per month of subscription either virtually or physically at our office through the Case Manager.

    • The consultation session will be binded by the Consultation Service's Process, Terms and Conditions, except that this consultation cannot be rescheduled and can only be used for the month of subscription (i.e cannot be forwarded to next month).

  • BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS : Client may book a body composition analysis once per month of subscription through the Case Manager. The Client is to come physically to our office to do the body composition analysis. Client will be briefed on the analysis of their body composition by our Dietitian.

    • The body composition analysis can only be used for the month of subscription. (i.e cannot be forwarded to next month).

  • READY-TO-EAT (RTE) MEALS BY DIET IDEAS : Client may claim one RTE meals by Diet Ideas and may opt to pick-up from our office or have it delivered to an address with additional delivery charges.

    • The RTE claim can be forwarded and added up continually to the successive subscription, and/or put on hold as per Client’s preferences. (ex. client may compound a total of 4 RTE claims for 4 months subscription).

  • NUTRITION ARTICLE REMINDER : Client will have an exclusive membership access to nutrition article reminder weekly
  • DISCOUNT ON DIET IDEAS PRODUCT: Clients are entitled for a 10% discount to our RTE products, 10% referral discount for family members and friends for our consultation packages and 20% personal discount to our consultation packages. The discount can be applied by contacting our Case Manager.
  • EXCLUSIVE HEALTH AND LIFESTYLE DEALS : Clients are entitled for various offerings from our partnership and collaborations, which will be updated accordingly as time goes on. The offerings can be applied by contacting our Case Manager.
  • Clients will be given a reminder twice a month on the usage of the subscription services. 

3. NUTRITION SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

The Subscription Service is priced accordingly at the website for a 1 month and 1 year subscription. Price may change accordingly with promotions and/or from time to time.

The membership lasts for 12 months.

However, no contract is attached and the client may cancel anytime. Should the Client wish to cancel their subscription, the Client may contact our Case Manager.

4. REFUND POLICY

There is NO REFUND for the nutrition subscription service, EXCEPT in cases where there's misconduct on our expert side as pertains to the content.
