The process, terms and conditions listed below govern the Blue Members subscription service provided by Diet Ideas Sdn. Bhd. and as purchased by the client. These item are outlined as below :

Upon confirmation of purchase, the Case Manager will be in contact with the client to brief on the Blue Members subscription. Once the registration has been done, the client may enjoy the subscription benefits accordingly to the following below :
3. NUTRITION SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
The Subscription Service is priced accordingly at the website for a 1 month and 1 year subscription. Price may change accordingly with promotions and/or from time to time.
The membership lasts for 12 months.However, no contract is attached and the client may cancel anytime. Should the Client wish to cancel their subscription, the Client may contact our Case Manager.
4. REFUND POLICY
There is NO REFUND for the nutrition subscription service, EXCEPT in cases where there's misconduct on our expert side as pertains to the content.
