“I Wanted to Hide, but Diet Ideas Helped Me to Rise Again”

Good Day to all Diet Ideas Community. My name is A, and I’m 29 years old, and I work as a teacher.  After giving birth, my body weight reached 95kg. I should’ve been enjoying the joy of becoming a mother,  but instead, I felt ashamed. I barely recognized myself in the mirror, and I didn’t feel like “me” anymore.

I avoided photos, avoided social events, even avoided looking too long in the mirror. Deep down, I knew I wanted to change,  not just for how I looked, but for my health, for my baby, and for myself, and of course for my husband too, I want him proud of having me as a wife.
