“Body Odour Was Quietly Ruining My Confidence”

Thank you so much for reaching out and featuring my story. I’ve truly enjoyed reading the journeys of others, and while mine may not seem dramatic, I hope it resonates with someone out there. I’m S, 36 years old. I didn’t join Diet Ideas to lose weight. My body weight was normal. My health check-ups were mostly fine.
But there was one thing that deeply affected me , which is my body odour.
