My name A. I am 29 years old, and when I joined Diet Ideas, because I was diagnosed with diabetes. Of course I feel shocked. The doctor prescribed medication, but I did not want to rely on it. I searched on youtube, tiktok on how not to take medication, that’s when I found “Diet Ideas”.
Firstly, I did not know Malaysia has this kind of company, for that, I am proud to support #lokal. So, when I texted the customer service, he explained about the program, and I decided to try their special 3 months program.
I joined with one goal, to control my blood sugar naturally, and with the help of a dietitian, I learned how to eat right for my diabetes. There were no extreme diets, just a sustainable, science backed approach.
To cut story short, my HbA1c was already normal after 3 months with Diet Ideas, and Diet Ideas suggest me to meet my doctor to review, and doctor want to see my consistency with the diet, so I get help from Diet Ideas to monitor me for another 3 months, it’s been 6 months and I stopped taking medication intake with the approval of my doctor.
