FAQ
Personalized nutrition consultation means you will be guided by a dedicated dietitian or nutritionist who understands your specific health condition, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
During the session, your expert will explain how food can be your medicine, helping you understand how the right nutrition supports healing and long-term health improvement.
The consultation focuses on:
- Identifying your health concerns
- Reviewing your blood test results
- Understanding your struggles and challenges
- Setting realistic and measurable goals
- Creating a clear action plan
- Establishing progress tracking strategies
You will be matched with an expert based on your specific needs (weight management, diabetes, kidney health, hormonal balance, etc.), and as per your preferences, ensuring your guidance is tailored — not generic.
Consultations are conducted via Google Meet. Once you have booked your appointment, your expert will provide the Google Meet link prior to the session.
Most ongoing communication will be done through the Diet Ideas mobile app chat section, allowing you to stay connected with your expert easily.
Each session typically lasts around 60 minutes, depending on your condition and needs. Some sessions may conclude within 45 minutes, while others may extend up to two hours if your expert is available and there is no subsequent appointment scheduled.
Follow-up sessions are generally shorter and focus on reviewing your progress, addressing challenges, and adjusting your strategy accordingly.

We do not provide a fixed, rigid meal plan. Our approach is designed to help you build long-term, sustainable eating habits — not to follow a strict menu that feels restrictive.
Instead, we provide a personalized nutrition guide tailored to your health condition, goals, and lifestyle.
This guide includes structured information such as:
- Recommended macronutrient distribution
- Food exchange lists

- Meal timing strategies
Your dietitian will educate you on how to apply these principles in your daily life. This approach empowers you to understand how different food varieties support your health, allowing flexibility and enjoyment — without feeling controlled by a strict diet plan.
Our goal is to help you gain knowledge, confidence, and freedom in making healthier food choices according to your body.
Progress tracking means we continuously monitor your improvement, including:
- Weight and body measurements

If you have recently completed a blood test elsewhere, you may transfer the complimentary test to someone else. In this case, you will need to provide us with your latest blood test report so that your expert can review it and ensure your program is accurately tailored to your condition.
