Hi everyone, my story may not be as inspiring as others who have shared their experiences with Diet Ideas, but I’d like to share it nonetheless. I’m 26 years old and, overall, a healthy individual. Alhamdulillah, I am now in the pink of health, and of course, I am still taking care of my food intake as advised by the Diet Ideas dietitian. I am aunty S, now 52 years old. I work as a lecturer. “Hirsuitism killed my confidence, but Diet Ideas brought it back”

Hi Diet Ideas Community, my name is K, I am now 26 years old, I joined Diet Ideas 2 years ago, when I was 24 years old. I have PCOS and not yet married. Actually, my dad was the one who registered me to join the Diet Ideas program. I was complaining to my dad about the “mustache” above my lips, and I don’t have confidence. I was also overweight, my weight was 78 kg during that time, and my height was 153cm.
