“From Heartbreak to Healing: My Journey with Diet Ideas”

Hi Fara & Diet Ideas community, please keep my information confidential yea, but I give permission to share my story for people to learn from this.

I am 32 years old. In 2021, I was contemplating joining Diet Ideas, because I met a lot of diet coaches, doctors that gave similar advice, and it did not show improvement on my weight. So, I gave up. I texted Diet Ideas but I did not proceed to join the program, because I thought it’s wasting money, and honestly, why I eventually joined the Diet Ideas program, because on that day, I found out that my ex-husband was in contact with his ex-fiance again. We had a big fight and one of the things my ex-husband told me, that he was shy about being together with me as I was overweight, and he got a lot of peer pressure since we do not have kids, although we have been 3 years married. I actually had PCOS, and he knew that too.

I decided to join Diet Ideas, during the first one month with Diet Ideas, my goal was to lose weight and get pregnant, so that my husband can look at me again. They say, when you do things without your willingness, things don’t turn out well. So, the one month with Diet Ideas was wasted, but I learnt a lot. There’s something happening with my husband and his ex-fiance, and actually, it’s aib,  That night, I decided to end things with him, and just focus on myself. Yes, I rejoin the session with Diet Ideas again, this time, it was for me. I managed to lose 7kg within 3 months, and I gained confidence. Due to financial issues during that time, I did not continue Diet Ideas, but I practiced whatever they taught me. After 3 years, I managed to lose a total of 28kg, I followed whatever Diet Ideas taught me, I still keep the files until today.

Actually I am now married with my second husband, and currently in my second trimester. I remember what my dietitian told me, when you are able to lose weight, your hormones will eventually improve, and the chance to get pregnant will get better, and she is right. Thank you very much Diet Ideas team, and to all the ladies out there, the best investment is the investment for yourself. When you are happy, you attract happy things to you, and one of it, to keep your body in shape. It might not keep a man, but it makes you feel confident. I have been in both worlds, the overweight lady and the normal weight lady, and society also looks at you differently, and Diet Ideas is the great platform for you to achieve your health goals.
